Welcome to the Jaiho Ecosystem. By accessing our website, using our APIs, or deploying our software, you agree to be bound by these governance protocols.

Experimental Technology Notice:

Products within Jaiho Labs (including Radiant AI, NGIBS, and Fission AI) are active research prototypes. They are provided for testing and development purposes. Use them with the understanding that they may undergo rapid changes.

1. Definitions & Ecosystem Scope

This agreement governs your interaction with Jaiho Digital and its active subsidiaries:

Jaiho Labs: Advanced AI R&D, Models, and Software.
Jaiho Kernel: Cybersecurity, Reverse Engineering, and Infrastructure.
Jaiho TechServe: Client Solutions and Web Services.
Jaiho Edge: Embedded Systems and IoT.
Jaiho Reach: Digital Marketing and Outreach.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

The visual architecture, branding, and proprietary code of `jaiho-digital.onrender.com` are the exclusive property of Jaiho Digital. However, specific tools (like Gita-py) released on our GitHub are governed by their respective Open Source Licenses (MIT/Apache).

3. Acceptable Use Protocol

You agree NOT to:

Overwhelm our APIs (e.g., Kernel Pulse) with excessive requests (DDoS).
Reverse engineer proprietary closed-source modules without permission.
Use our AI tools to generate illegal or harmful content.

4. User Accounts

If you create an account for any Jaiho service (e.g., Dev Link Web), you are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials. We are not liable for unauthorized access resulting from weak user security.

5. Beta & Experimental Software

Many of our tools are in "Active Development" (e.g., Radiant AI is ~35% complete). We do not guarantee feature stability, uptime, or data persistence for these specific experimental builds.

6. Third-Party Services

Our ecosystem integrates with third-party APIs (Hugging Face, Render, Vercel). We are not responsible for the availability or policies of these external providers.

7. Modifications to Terms

Dynamic Protocol: We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time to reflect our rapid pace of innovation. Continued use of the ecosystem constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

Jaiho Digital provides services on an "AS IS" basis. We are not liable for any indirect damages, data loss, or service interruptions arising from the use of our experimental or stable products.
